Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you, or a person you designate, receive the goods. To use this right, send us a clear notice within the deadline, for example by email to shop@skaperbua.no. You may also use the standard withdrawal form.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

You normally pay the return cost unless otherwise agreed or the item is defective/mis-shipped. For an approved withdrawal, we refund the amount paid, including the least expensive standard delivery option. The refund is made no later than 14 days after we receive your notice, but we may wait until we receive the goods or proof that they have been returned.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, where this follows from applicable law.

Complaints

If an item has a defect, please contact shop@skaperbua.no as soon as possible and describe the issue. Your right to complain follows the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act and is normally two years, or five years for goods intended to last substantially longer with normal use.
